It wouldn’t officially be March without the largest Celtic gathering in the South: The North Texas Irish Festival. Held in Fair Park for over 30 years, the NTIF is held Friday March 1 to Sunday March 3 with everything from Scottish Clans to a Celtic Village, Deloreans to chalk artists.
Presented by the Southwest Celtic Music Association, the weekend’s performers include world famous bands and performers like Grand Dérangement, Patrick Ball, FullSet, The Elders, Arvel Bird, and many more true Irish and Celtic performs. Other stages will feature traditional Irish Step dancing from groups like The Fèis while professional chefs serve up traditional Irish cuisine as well as some familiar dishes with a new twist. Bring on the bangers and mash!
Craft beer and whiskey tasting, Gaelic sports, Irish storytellers, and The Spirit of the Celtic Horse complete the authentic Celtic experience.
